墨爾本科堡酒店住宿推介

「The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room.」

「空間大 地點周邊環境購物吃東西都方便」

「客房清潔和職員十分有善，洒店地方位置容易找到，早餐美味。」

「The hotel is conveniently located, with a tram station just right in front of the main entrance. Lots of dining choices within 5 minutes walking distance. The overall maintenance of the premises is good, the high-speed WiFi service is unbeatable. The only two complaints are perhaps the (a bit) unstable supply of hot shower water, and the reading light in the master bed room couldn’t be fixed due to lack of spare parts. But in sum, a nice stay with friendly front desk and housekeeping staff.」

「員工好helpful，不過間房太暗， 只得一個垃圾桶」

「Good location, just a lot of construction when I stayed and when I asked staff what ammenities they had ie slippers etc, they weren’t very helpful. Took asking 3 different people to get a proper answer」

「Besides poor sound insulation,Everything is just great, If you can stand on some noise from next door, Melbourne city Grand Hyatt is never wrong.」

「The room itself is small but tidy and clean. However, we are allocated in front of the access door to the stairs, and we could hear the noise of closing the door very loudly and sudden on and off especially during later at night. Therefore, I may suggest to avoid staying in a room close to the stair access for a better sleep at night. Other than that, it’s all good, and the Bluetooth speaker is nice and convenient to use in the room.」

「The location of the hotel was not really that convenient unless you wanted to be in the South Quay area. We arrived after mid night and the area airing the hotel was very quiet and next to a large flyover. The hotel staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. I didn’t particularly like the industrial vibe of the hotel but each to their own!!」

「Good」

「房間乾淨，安靜，交通尚方便，離車站尚近，附近有7-11。早餐豐富，但因住五天，感覺菜色沒有變化。」

「地點優越，職員殷勤」

「The hotel is a bit run down, rooms are average. Staffs are super friendly.」
