“We booked a one-bedroom suite, which was very spacious and great for traveling with kids. The location is beautiful—right by the Pacific Ocean—with a nice beach and multiple pools, including kid-friendly ones. However, the experience was inconsistent. Breakfast was okay and service there was attentive, but we had major delays in food service twice (waiting nearly an hour), including at the Japanese restaurant. More concerning was a serious food safety issue. My wife has a severe shellfish……

“Brand new property with clean spacious rooms. Ample storage in the room and large bathroom with walk in shower and Molton brown toiletries. There was complimentary bottled water although the tap water is safe to drink, and 6 complimentary coffee pods a day. The yoga instructor was excellent and the yoga was complimentary 9am Thursday to Monday on a roof terrace on the spa. There is a roof terrace bar with amazing views of the surrounding mountains with complimentary drinks for guests each……

“Lugar ideal para desconectarse, la habitación que nos asignaron super aseada, amplia y privada. Creo deberían de aclarar que no hay opciones de restaurante cerca ni en la propiedad. Regresaré pero preparado con alimentos y bebidas. Otro detalle, sólo aceptan pago con transferencia o Yappy que es un método para personales nacionales, no para extranjero. No aceptan Tarjeta de crédito, también deberían de aclararlo y que no será expedía quien cobre. ”
