"We have never stayed in this area before but were looking for a small place that was quiet. WE FOUND IT! While the property is not new, it is clean and well maintained. There are beach chairs available to guests and the beach is a short distance from your room. There is a great bench swing on the edge of the dunes where we sat after the sun went down. If we were morning people, it would have been a great place to watch the sunrise! Great deck on the beach side with a great view of the beach. The best part of all was the friendly staff! They were so pleasant and helpful! We are already planning our next trip back in the next few weeks!"

"As always a pleasant stay. Quiet, clean and convenient. We have a timeshare in Cocoa Beach, when we can’t get bonus time there; here is our go to. The only reason for the 4 start on propert condition & facility was the fact that there was a leaking sewer pipe in the parking area. We let the front desk know and they promptly blocked off the space affected. "
