「This was easy to find location that is right in between the inlet side and the ocean side allow you access to both sides of Coca Beach. Everything was clean and was easily accessible. A quick walk to the beach and we saw a rocket launch and sea turtle tracks. The owner was fantastic about answering questions and giving local insights. We will definately be staying again. 」

「Cery nice and clean.」

「Third time staying with Coco Sands in Cocoa Beach. My family group stayed in 3 of their units for our reunion/ visit with family who live in Cocoa. Always enjoy the accommodations and amenities. Especially the beach! Had another memorable stay and vacation!」

「Perfect for beach and surfing. 5 minute walk as described. Two surf shops, Flohana and Neilson right on the way. Nice little private back yard for a dog. Host is very responsive and helpful. Beach supplies provided and nice beach buggy you push to get your things to the beach. This is a duplex. One private parking provided. There is public parking along the street when available. It is close to downtown. Can walk to restaurants and shops. 」

「A great place to stay before leaving for our cruise. Close to the beach and not far from the port. Kristi went above and beyond for us. She even has beach items for you to use. Definitely will stay here again.」

「This is a wonderful little cottage in a great location in Cocoa beach. Can walk to the beach and resturaunts and quieter than up in the more commercial area. Fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog. Many little touches that made our stay better. Will definitely stay again when in Cocoa beach」

「This was a lovely duplex, beautifully furnished and centrally located but still super quiet. Everything was accurate in the description and the photos. Our family enjoyed our trip and our hosts were responsive, kind, and made the stay great! The coffee bar was a huge bonus and the beach gear made the trip so much better. We would stay here again. 」

「Had an amazing time, Leah provides a plethora of coffee tea snacks along with a fully stocked kitchen, laundry detergent, towels, beach gear, all the local restaurants to try & places to visit and clear instructions for checking out and checking in. We had a fantastic time. 10 out of 10 would recommend!」

「It used to be a business property, which made it a little different, but the location and the layout worked perfectly. Extremely short walks to the beach and great food spots, and it had everything we needed. All-around great experience.」
