Beautiful view of your heated pool right from the living room sliding glass doors. 2nd floor unit is an easy short walk of 500 feet to the beach. Enjoy parking right at the condo. Walk across the street to the beach. Walk to restaurants and local shopping. One block to mini golf and 2 blocks to Ron Jon famous surf shop. 5 minutes to Cape Canaveral. Clean and cozy.
MAXIMUM CAPACITY: 4 adults or 2 adults & 3 small children

$500 fine per day if any of above are violated

Pool is always 85 degrees and always crystal clear. Super easy walk to the beach. The unit is bright and cheery with glass doors in your living room looking down on the pool which has a BBQ area, outdoor shower, and laundry facility.
Guest access
Guests can use the pool as well as the bbq area and out door shower. There is also a laundry room on site next to the pool.
Other things to note
Please use shower at pool after the beach to avoid sand in pool and the unit.
