Spotless Beach Getaway

Apartment was super cute and modern and absolutely spotless! Perfect location a block from the beach and right across A1A from a great restaurant. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect. Beautifully decorated & cozy cottage. It was very clean. Stocked with everything we needed. Definitely exceeded our expectation. The whole family loved it. Perfect location. Will book again.

Such a beautiful/clean property

Me & my boyfriend & my teenage kids wanted to have a staycation while my son went to surf camp across the street. This property was beyond our expectations. Me AND my boyfriend are very picky & hard to please….we have ZERO complaints. The owners spared no expense when updating the premise. They had really nice beach gear for use….a gorgeous backyard…much better than pictured. Everything was sooo clean…they thought of everything….even things I did not think about. my kids LOVED this place. So close to EVERYTHING u want in Cocoa Beach. This place raises the bar….highly recommended by 2 guests that are admittedly hard to please!

Best Decision

Soooo glad we picked this property to stay 3 nights with our pup! Absolutely adorable, inside and out, and the fenced back yard is such a plus!! Everything you need to take to the beach, which is one block away, is in the cottage…even a cart and a back pack cooler! Awesome touch! 🤗 Excellent location for bars, restaurants…dog beach is .9 miles away, can walk or quick drive with easy parking. We had such a great time! Will definitely stay here again!!

We arrived in the afternoon with our 2 fur babies. Everything was so welcoming from when we first drove up. It was so easy to park and go in to the lovely cottage. The backyard was very relaxing after the long drive and after dinner we sat out there enjoying the cool breeze while our pups enjoyed running around. OMG - Way better than imagined

This place was quiet, convenient to all shops and restaurants, clean, cool, supplied everything (shampoo, soaps, brand new "TOOTHBRUSHES", assorted coffees and snacks, ultrafast internet, super soft beds, games and toys for kids), .... I could go on and on. 5 stars is not enough to rate this place. Incredible As Arnold Schwarzenegger would say.. "Ahl be Bach"

Great Vacation Spot

Great rental unit!!! We loved our time there. Everything was very clean and new. Decor was very beachy, fun, and tasteful. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was just right and had everything we needed. Bathroom was very nice with very good water pressure and plenty of towels. Backyard was perfect for our dogs, and the water hose and shower were great to have coming off the beach. Beach buggy was such a nice item to have when loading up to go to/from the beach. Location was excellent for walking to local restaurants and shops. Local restaurants were excellent. Location was also great for walking to the beach. We also felt very safe in the neighborhood. Communication with the owner was timely and pleasant. They even gave us additional info to try to catch a launch while we were there. Overall, we would not hesitate to come back to this unit and we highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful boutique cottages. Very well appointed and equipped with just about everything you need. Private backyard, short walk to beautiful Cocoa Beach and restaurants, bar and shops. Everything about these cottages are perfect and will come back here when visiting Cocoa Beach!

Phenomenal!

This property is managed by some of the kindest hosts I've ever met. There were some troubles with our place they realized while preparing it for our arrival. They called us and was completely transparent and worked with us to find a solution so we would still have a comfortable stay. They worked major magic for us and we had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! So close to everything you need! We found our favorite place to go stay in the future!

Perfect little cozy beach home

My stay was perfect, from the location to the home. Catherine and Todd were very helpful with any and all questions pertaining to my stay. The beds were so comfy (probably one of the best I have slept in!) and home was super clean. And had no problem walking to beach, shops and restaurants. Will definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing beach town getaway

We had the best time at this property in Cocoa Beach! The location is just a short 3 minute walk to the beach. It’s also surrounded by several different bars and restaurants. The owners were wonderful to work with and even provided us with beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler backpack for beverages, and a wagon to haul it all! The property was extremely clean and cozy. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you Catherine and Todd for hosting us!

Terrific stay!

It's hard to say how wonderful this stay was. From the outstanding communication up front to the great location to the perfect accommodations, this was a great stay. The host sent us a message early in the day welcoming us early if we wanted to, so we got a couple extra hours added to our vacation, which was a bonus. We brought our dog with us and I am usually a bit nervous that the place will smell like someone else's pet, but not this place! It was perfectly clean and looked great. My wife's first comment was "can we just move in here?". The location couldn't be better. Access to coffee shops and great places to eat. There is a breakfast place a block away that was the best breakfasts we've ever had. Two quality places to eat directly across the street too. Inside had everything you could need.You can walk to the beach in about five minutes AND the hosts provide a wagon, chairs, an umbrella - it was perfect.We will stay here again - I wouldn't even bother looking for a different place in Cocoa Beach. This place was everything you could possibly want.

Wonderful Weekend!

We stayed at this property from Thursday-Monday. The code didn't work at first for check in, but the host immediately answered my email and text. We didn't wait more than 5 minutes for a response. They even called to make sure we got in. Very close to the beach and everything is in walking distance.SO CLEAN! Cute backyard, true to pictures that our dogs loved. I can not think of one negative thing to say and we will be booking again. Thank you!
