Pool is great. Breakfast is wonderful. Rooms are cleanish, but very run down. They attempted a renovation it looks a little nicer, but still needs a lot of work. We won't be staying here again.

Der Pool ist sehr schön angelegt und auch für Kinder gut geeignet. Es läuft tagsüber Musik am Pool, abends wird dort oft ein Kinderfilm gezeigt. Es wirkt sehr familienfreundlich. Es war kein Problem das Zimmer zu tauschen, das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Zimmer ausreichend groß, wir haben gut geschlafen. Man kann super zum Strand, zu Ron Jon oder Win Dixie zu Fuß gehen. Zimmer war leider nicht ganz sauber, daher Abzug in der B-Note. Wir hatten lange schwarze Haare im Badezimmer und am Haartrockner kleben. Kein Room-Service an den einzelnen Tagen, es wurde leider nicht zwischendurch gereinigt oder etwas nachgelegt. Aber sonst prima, und man hätte sicherlich alles an der Rezeption bekommen können.

This was an amazing location, very convenient to the pier, shopping and food. The complementary breakfast was amazing. Plenty of options and fresh. The property is well-maintained. The lazy river and Evening movies were my favorite.

The front desk- minus the girl when we checked out- so so helpful and nice!!!! They set us up with transportation to and from the airport and cruise terminal! Which Beachline transportation was AMAZING. Had several relaxing days swimming, shopping and just watching the waves. The only thing that was hard was that the elevator broke on check out and we had to care our bags down 4 flights of stairs and when we informed the front desk that I was really not in good health to do stairs she shrugged her shoulders and said well ??? 😡 and the breakfast food was not that good.

Front counter was friendly. She was able to get us our room early with no fee. However, its because I had perks through Expedia. The only issue i had was our room was not clean.

We had a wonderful time at this resort. The staff was unbelievably kind and accommodating. The resort is smaller but they really made the most out of it and we were only in our rooms to sleep. My children loved the pool/lazy river and made multiple friends. Every night they looked forward to playing in the inner tubes while watching the outdoor movie. The breakfast was good with a lot of variety. The beach was a five minute walk and they allow you to rent for free beach towels and sand toys. We were also lucky enough to catch one of the rocket launches during our stay and it was the perfect location. If we ever come back to this area, we definitely would stay again!

The staff was very friendly, but the room we had was Not cleaned well. Being there for 4 nights and no one cleaned our bathroom or room. We had to ask to have trash taken and to have the floor mopped. While nice to have breakfast on site and a few options, the eggs were less than desirable, most likely from a carton. Location was great, and again staff friendly!

I was hesitant to book a room here due to some of the negative reviews but we were only staying one night and decided to go for it. It was our boys favorite part of our entire trip. Lou was absolutely amazing (my kids still talk about her) the hotel is within walking distance to the beach and is so family friendly. Board games and computers in the lobby, beautiful pool area. Bathrooms in the rooms are a bit outdated and There is no closet but the rest of the property made up for that. Everything else looked updated and was clean. My son has already asked if we can stay there if we ever go back to Orlando. One day was not enough

Great breakfast buffet. The beds are good but not the pillows. You can hear the people in the room communicating to yours as if they were right by your side. Not possible to relax by the pool as it is often VERY noisy (DJ, blasting music). Loud music at the pool from 8AM one morning.
