With three bedrooms, two full baths, a laundry room and all the conveniences of home you will surely make your vacation memorable. This was everything in the listing and more! The convenience of the condo location to the beach and pool can’t be understated. The place is well laid out and very well equipped. We were very comfortable here and enjoyed it so much. Somehow the beds were more comfortable than our beds at home! We stayed here while our kids were at space camp.

Perfect Place

This condo is in a great location, just a short walk from the ocean and beautifully maintained. It was well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was the perfect getaway and we already looking forward to coming back again!

Perfect Location

We stayed for a short time (3 nights) but wish it was longer. The condo had everything we needed, there was plenty of space for us in the home, loved that it was on the 1st floor and very short distance to the beach. The pier was super close too so that was a plus. Will definitely be back.

Perfect family beach location

We had a great stay and the location was perfect! The condo was well stocked and well maintained. The view of the sand dunes out back were so peaceful. We had a minor issue with the front door but the owner and property manager were super helpful and responsive to get it resolved quickly and make sure we weren’t impacted!

Amazing trip

What a beautiful condo. My family of 5 had plenty of space. The beds were soft and the kitchen had everything you need to feel at home. The bathrooms were updated and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed a full week here for a softball tournament in Viera and Kristen's condo is perfect. Great location right surrounded by so much. Very walkable area and convenient to Ron Jon, fast food, ice cream shops, and cool local restaurants/bars. The proximity to the pier is unmatched. We walked down just about every day. The unit has a fully stocked kitchen and is also stocked with everything beachy you need including beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella. The proximity to the beach is great. You cannot see the beach from the patio, but it wasn't a big deal to us at all. The dunes are really pretty, and you can still hear the waves. The pool is large with plenty of seating. Note that the pool does close 30 minutes before sunset, but the property manager came by and gave notice of the closure, so you had time to wind down and dry off. We loved the assigned parking which is also close to the unit. It was so nice not to worry about fighting for a spot, especially in the rain.The A/C is very strong and kept up in the crazy hot temps that we had. The beds are very comfortable. My kids joked that they may be more comfortable than theirs at home. Great communication from the owner. We had a minor Wi-Fi issue at check in, but Kristen was quick to respond, and we got it working after a short time. Her phone number is even listed on the fridge so she is literally always available. We would totally stay here again if we came back to the area!

A week away

First solo family vacation for myself and my two kids. Brought along 4 of my son’s friends. The property was great, as described. Easy access to beach and local restaurants and shops.

Coco beach condo

Great unit and space. Loved the location right on the beach and on the first floor which was perfect. Everything is conveniently located within 5 - 10 minutes away. The host was available to speak with if needed at any time through our stay.

Beachside Holiday

Great location for a fun beach holiday! Weather was cold, so we were only able to do some beach walks - but it was still fun! Condo slept all 6 of comfortably, and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes for our use. Thank you to Kristen for the ease of rental and check-in/out, it was so smooth. Our family had a great Christmas!

Fabulous location

This location is great. Very close to the pier, right on the beach, walking distance to several bars and restaurants. The kitchen band linen cupboards were very well stocked. The property owner was very responsive to our questions. This is a ground floor unit so no stairs or elevator required. The bathrooms were dated however the property owner told us both bathrooms would be updated in the coming months. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

What a wonderful place to stay. There was plenty of room for my family of 5. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. There were plenty of beach towels and beach chairs. There were also some soft coolers perfect for packing a picnic for the beach. The location was perfect. Nice and quiet on the lower corner. It was quiet and just steps from either the beach or the pool. The host was also very easy to communicate with. We would definately stay here again. chairs

Four adults had a great stay. Many shops, bars and restaurants were within walking distance, as was the pier. There is a nice heated pool. The ground floor condo is beach facing, and there is a dune between the patio and beach. The beach is just steps away. The dune prevents a view of the beach, but it is pretty and provides privacy. Absolutely wonderful condo. Recently upgraded, pictures displayed on VRBO site are all the old furniture. Everything you could ask for, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, towels, etc in excess! Comfortable beds, great bedding. Condo totally clean. Great pool. Close to pier. Anything that was negative on previous reviews has been corrected. . Was beyond our expectations. Would definitely stay there again.

A True Gem

Kristen’s unit is absolutely beautiful. Everything has been updated and is in perfect condition. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. All the extras made this even better - from the beach gear, to the supplies of soap, fluffy towels and other amenities you don’t find in most rentals. The beach was beautiful, although we didn’t get to spend much time on it due to rainy weather and then Hurricane Milton. The pier is a very quick walk from the unit and we wished we could have spent more time there. Don’t hesitate- book this unit, you won’t regret it! Our family will definitely book it again for future trips to Cocoa!!
