This is a completely remodeled ground-floor condominium. Charming furnishings, ocean-themed decor, and move-in are ready for your extended stay or a short getaway. The kitchen features oversized oak cabinets, granite counters, and all appliances, including a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with an ice maker, a washer and dryer, and a stainless steel sink. It is bright and cheery! Kick off your shoes and walk to the private beach access or the heated pool! 1 pet allowed under 20 lbs. The remarkable location is south of the 520 Causeway and Ron Jon, and 20 min from Space Center. Amazing views will astound you in those space shots! Proximity to all restaurants, shopping, golf, churches, and easy access to Orlando and other attractions! Plenty of parking with tennis & bocce ball!
    The complex offers resort-like amenities, including a solar-heated swimming pool, a tennis court, a bocce court, a charcoal grill, and a picnic area. The beach in front of the complex is nice, clean, and sandy. Treat yourself for a couple of weeks at the beach!
