Awesome stay

We stayed in Unit B in the spring and we were very happy with the size, amenities and the cleanliness. We took full advantage of the wagon, chairs and cooler for our beach sitting which was a close board walk away. We are booked to go back to AVA in the upcoming spring.

Beautiful, modern, clean

We had a wonderful stay, so close to the beach, lovely outdoor areas, great planning with the small apartment to include all the necessities. We were very comfortable and would definitely stay here again. The keyless entry, beach supplies, pergola, and clean space were all appreciated.

Clean, Comfortable, Location

My wife and I stayed four nights for a short get away. The pictures of the room and area are accurate and the room was very clean.Be aware that the rooms are small but the outside area is great and while you aren't having a group in the room it was great for the wife and I.Beach access was just a short walk we made each day and having access to a wagon, chairs, umbrella, and anything else you need for the beach was also a plus.We enjoyed the town and breakfast .3 miles at Joanne's Beachside Cafe, was a great daily breakfast at a great price.Recommend and expect I will book again for a long weekend get away.

We stayed overnight. Got in around 7pm and left at 10am. While our stay wasn’t long, the bed was very comfortable. The environment quiet. You can’t ask for anything more.

Perfect getaway!

We came to Cocoa Beach from Daytona & was completely impressed with this quiet little place. It was cute, modern & clean. It had everything we needed. The cleaning staff were fantastic & very helpful with questions about restaurants & surroundings, as were Coastal Beach agents. We will stay again & recommend to others.

Awesome location!!!!

This place was fabulous! Walking distance to the beach, great options for sitting outside, shaded and the beach chairs and options were amazing. We would definitely stay here again when we cruise from port canaveral.

Great place to stay right by the Beach

If you are looking to get away and stay close to the beach this is the place for you. Beach access right across the street, all the needed beach accessories supplied, IE: seats, cooler, umbrella and wagon. Stores and restaurants with in easy walking distance.
