An ocean front oasis in the sea of standard hotels. Really should advertise as a bed and breakfast...home feeling from the doors to the comfy couches, wine and cheese, amazing breakfast, phenomenal staff, and of course, the comfort dogs! Thank you...we WILL be back!!

Very comfortable and large room. The location is great as its just a few steps to the beach. The hotel was very quiet. The breakfast was more than sufficient but is usually the same food choice each day. The only negative was that the rooms don't have mini refrigerators which is difficult for travelers. The only ice machine was located in another building which was inconvenient. Mini refrigerators are less than $100 and would be a great amenity.

This is a wonderful adults only hotel reminiscent of old Florida. The moment we walked into the lobby, we were welcomed and allowed to check in early as our room was ready. Free parking on site, a peaceful pool area, nice breakfast, honor bar, gym, gate access to the beach, beach chairs & umbrellas, pool towels,spacious clean room and bathroom. We hope to be back!

Good breakfast (included) every morning. With a wine/drinks and cheese gathering every afternoon so you can meet other guests. The pool was small but nice and clean.
The property had that old style Inn feel which was nice along with the Adults Only rule. A short 2 minute walk to the beach and walk-able to a few local restaurants.. The room did not have a refrigerator, microwave or iron though.

This is a cute family feel place. I only decreased it's star rating due to lack of amenities such as a refrigerator, hair dryer and the fact that I could hear our neighbor snoring all night long. Otherwise, this is a very nice place to stay.

We loved it here! It is definitely an Inn (no fridge or microwave in the room), but the charm and other amenities (beach chairs and umbrellas, homemade breakfasts, beautiful lobby and sitting areas, etc) more than made up for it. As one other guest stated during the Inn’s daily free wine and cheese hour: “this is a hidden gem in Cocoa Beach”.

We had an ocean view room with a balcony overlooking the pool. The room was relatively small, but we don't spend a lot of time in the room when we travel. That being said, it provided everything we needed. The staff was amazing. They were attentive and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Breakfast was perfect (fresh fruit, mini quiche and freshly baked muffins). Everything was delicious. The location allowed us the opportunity to walk to many places of interest. It's easily walkable to the pier (where we enjoyed a drink while taking in the beautiful view of the ocean). We would not hesitate to stay here in the future.

This was our second time staying at The Inn at Cocoa Beach and we loved our stay. The room was clean and spacious; breakfast was awesome and all the staff were amazing. A great stay. Looking forward to a return stay in the future.
