“This house is PERFECT!! has everything you need! From beach toys to a wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas. Pool towels. Everything you would find in your own home. Bring clothes and food. Thats all you need! The hot tub didnt work while we were there, we did reach out to the property about it, said someone would come out. They never did. Wasnt a huge deal. Hopefully they fix it.. everything else was great! Enjoy your stay here ”

“This was just what we expected. The place was clean, plenty of utensils in the kitchen and comfortable beds. The hot tub was cleaned every week while we were there. That was a nice benefit. We were only 3 blocks from the beach.The dog loved sitting in the sun in the backyard.We had a problem with the lock and it was replaced immediately. Very responsive hosts.We would stay again when we’re in the cocoa beach area.”
