Very spacious house

The rental was big and had sleeping arrangements for large families so we were comfortable. We didn’t get to go in the pool but it was clean. It was close to the port so it worked well for our cruise trip

Great KSC base

We had a 7-member middle school Student Astronaut Challenge Competition Team that has used this property as our home base for the past 3 years with a great experience every time. It has become our home away from home.

Great size, just not very updated or clean

The property was big, rooms were spacious, there just wasn't a lot of extra furniture or decor. For example, there were no night stands or dressers for putting your bags. About half of the mattresses were comfortable. The linens were not the best quality but felt clean. Floors did not feel clean. The outdoor pool area is great though! I also tried communicating a couple of times with the renter before we got there and they did not respond until we were about to checkout.

The pictures are Deceiving

We needed a big house for 1 night before our cruise.. The house is very gross around all edges. Brown Finger prints all over the walls and light switches The landscaping was in very bad shape in the backyard. There was over grown and dead plants all over…The pool was very cloudy when we got there. The pool guy showed up in the afternoon and told us it’s safe to swim in it’s cloudy because the plaster in the pool is chipping so he can’t keep it clean. The grill and grill area was disgusting and falling apart . The fans and lights over the table next to the pool don’t work. We didn’t have enough toilet paper to get through 24 hours. So we had to run to the store at 5am because there was none in the entire house except what was on the rolls.. There’s was 12 towels in the house total no extras for the floor in front of the shower. The house/landlord supplies the bare minimum of what you need. For how much we paid a night I expect at least cleanliness, and toilet paper. If you’re looking for a house to hold a lot of people,don’t mind some dirt and want the bare minimum this is it.
