“ Good price for the area. Near Coconut Grove. Everything felt clean.- There were a few flys/sugar ants in the house.- Smallest bathroom I've ever seen.- No sheets/blanket for the pullout couch.”

“I was threatened by two people one who had a ankle monitor on then I had to pay for parking went to the lot and the woman there hit my car the picture doesn’t match the inside of the property it was a broken hot plate no stove it’s in a horrible area I didn’t stay had to pay for a hotel and I ask for a refund for one night and they stop communicating so now I have contact my legal team please don’t book this property”

“Apartment as advertised.The only downside was that there was no message when we arrived to let us in (fortunately there were people on site to help us).On the ad it was stated that we were 4 but the apartment was ready for 2 people. But again, the people on site were very reactive.”

“The location was great! Easy walk to nearby shops and restaurants. We did utilize the parking garage and it was easily accessible and nice to not have to drive and pay for parking to grab food. The view from the balcony was nice. Very quick response from the management team if we had questions.”

“The room was not the one pictured, but it’s exactly as described. Very clean and had everything I needed for the kitchen. I love that there’s secure parking and the hosts always get back to you as soon as you message them about anything. It’s in a good area close to everything. Will definitely book with them again ”

“Stay was horrible, elevator was down the entire 6 days stay. Had to take the stairs to the 4th floor coming and leaving. Hot water didn’t get hot in bathroom. Was under the impression that it would be a counter stove so that we can cook and it wasn’t. Bathroom sink was leaking and was told maintenance would come look at it and they never came. Communicated with the host and everything was an excuse. Horrible stay wouldn’t recommend!”

“The unit did not look anything like the pictures. The musty moldy smell was awful and all my clothing went right into the laundry. ”
