“Liked the parking, close to ball park , would have liked more eateries near by. People were friendly, we had a great time. ”

“Great location! Tons of restaurants nearby, walkable neighborhood, and close proximity to the ocean. The building is nice, the staff is friendly, and the check-in process was very easy. My only constructive feedback is the room does need some slight refreshing to fix some of the wear and tear. But overall a great experience and I would stay here again. ”

“ Good price for the area. Near Coconut Grove. Everything felt clean.- There were a few flys/sugar ants in the house.- Smallest bathroom I've ever seen.- No sheets/blanket for the pullout couch.”

“Stay was horrible, elevator was down the entire 6 days stay. Had to take the stairs to the 4th floor coming and leaving. Hot water didn’t get hot in bathroom. Was under the impression that it would be a counter stove so that we can cook and it wasn’t. Bathroom sink was leaking and was told maintenance would come look at it and they never came. Communicated with the host and everything was an excuse. Horrible stay wouldn’t recommend!”

“Apartment as advertised.The only downside was that there was no message when we arrived to let us in (fortunately there were people on site to help us).On the ad it was stated that we were 4 but the apartment was ready for 2 people. But again, the people on site were very reactive.”

“The room was not the one pictured, but it’s exactly as described. Very clean and had everything I needed for the kitchen. I love that there’s secure parking and the hosts always get back to you as soon as you message them about anything. It’s in a good area close to everything. Will definitely book with them again ”

“The apartment was clean, laundry room was right next door, host answered questions right away. The room was a little awkward, the couch was against the wall the couch was on, so you couldn't watch TV from the couch or you had to move it. You could walk to places, but not sure of distances. Overall it was good and very clean.”
