「Great location! Tons of restaurants nearby, walkable neighborhood, and close proximity to the ocean. The building is nice, the staff is friendly, and the check-in process was very easy. My only constructive feedback is the room does need some slight refreshing to fix some of the wear and tear. But overall a great experience and I would stay here again. 」

「Stay was horrible, elevator was down the entire 6 days stay. Had to take the stairs to the 4th floor coming and leaving. Hot water didn’t get hot in bathroom. Was under the impression that it would be a counter stove so that we can cook and it wasn’t. Bathroom sink was leaking and was told maintenance would come look at it and they never came. Communicated with the host and everything was an excuse. Horrible stay wouldn’t recommend!」

「Apartment as advertised.The only downside was that there was no message when we arrived to let us in (fortunately there were people on site to help us).On the ad it was stated that we were 4 but the apartment was ready for 2 people. But again, the people on site were very reactive.」

「The apartment was clean, laundry room was right next door, host answered questions right away. The room was a little awkward, the couch was against the wall the couch was on, so you couldn't watch TV from the couch or you had to move it. You could walk to places, but not sure of distances. Overall it was good and very clean.」

「I was threatened by two people one who had a ankle monitor on then I had to pay for parking went to the lot and the woman there hit my car the picture doesn’t match the inside of the property it was a broken hot plate no stove it’s in a horrible area I didn’t stay had to pay for a hotel and I ask for a refund for one night and they stop communicating so now I have contact my legal team please don’t book this property」

「Clean. Prompt response from host. Great kitchen and they had everything needed to cook meals. I stayed there to heal from surgery and there’s no stairs and easy to move around. Thank you! 」
