「Communication with host was excellent as was the check in and out process. The shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The location is beautiful with a magnolia tree, pine tree and wisteria in full bloom hanging over the fence (which is in need of repair—stated in listing). It was easy walking distance to the beach—approximately 0.5 miles to the middle beach parking lot and another 0.4 miles to the water’s edge. It is a quiet neighborhood. The floor had not been swept well prior to us...

「We had a great stay. I enjoyed fishing every morning from the dock and bulkhead on the property. I caught a lot of specked trout. The house is nicely furnished and very clean. Nicky the property owner prior to my stay answer all of my questions in a timely manner. I would stay here again fore sure.」

「My family had an excellent spring break stay in this home! It is roomy, comfortable and easily accommodates large families, especially if you are bringing pets. We found it very clean and inviting. The absolute BEST part is the location, just off the sandy shores of the Gulf. The neighborhood is nice and walkable, again very convenient if you are bringing pets. We will absolutely stay here again!」

「Lucia Bleu came highly recommended and did not disappoint. The personal touches of a welcome card with a gift and fresh flowers were a 1st. The cottage was so clean and had everything we needed and then some. The garden pool at the end of the day was such a treat and a great way to relax after a day of exploring. We will be back 」

「Nice, quaint place 」

「This is a very cool property and families would love it. We were scouting a place for our family. Most of the family is six foot plus. Alpine cottage is not the best fit. The porch is the place to live other than sleeping and grooming.The house has a canel on one side and view of the beach on other end of house. The owners have kayaks, boats, cornball, umbrellas, sand toys, and more. If you are a family with children over six, this is the place to bring them」

「We enjoyed our stay at Bay Cottage. The view of the bay was so relaxing and a heron was on the dock every morning to greet the new day. There was a constant bird symphony. It was a perfect get away.」
