My room was cozy, quiet, and clean. It was a restful stay, and was much-needed during my business trip. Special shout-out to Tianna at the front desk; she was so kind, helpful, and always had a smile on her face. Every time I passed by, she'd greet me with a warm, "hello!" I will happily stay here again for future business trips!

The Shaker museum was beautiful and the room was comfortable in clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. Two things the property could do to make the stays even better: make it clear that there’s no elevator to rooms. The staff is incredibly helpful bringing things upstairs, but they’re not around 24/7. Second, coffee in the rooms would be *greatly* appreciated. On an early Sunday morning, I had to drive across the bridge to Dunkin’ because nothing else was open. I understand wanting to keep the historic charm of the property, but small keurig machines would go a long way!
