Wonderful place to enjoy family.

Great backyard and kitchen. One improvement would to have ceiling fans in the primary and two other main level bedrooms. The mini-splits in the main and upper bedroom are great and quiet.

Beautiful home with all the necessities. Only critique would be that the master bedroom is a bit hot and could use a ceiling fan. Other than that it was a perfect stay! Excellent location! Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic Stay!

We loved this property and highly recommend. Very clean, well stocked kitchen & great space with wonderful outdoor patio & hot tub. We loved the location to ride bikes or walk the trail along the river front & great location to walk to restaurants and shops.

Cozy beds and great location

We thoroughly enjoy our stay! Great location to walking trails and restaurants. It was nice to be able to park our car in the garage. Definitely would rent this house again.

Great week in CDA!

We spent a great week in CDA at the Riverstone property. The property was conveniently located in a very nice area in CDA, very clean, well maintained and well appointed - we had everything that we needed to enjoy the week.We had great communication with David, and we were especially appreciative when he contacted us the day we left to let us know they found our granddaughter's jewelry box that she left behind, and he mailed it to her.Super property and owner!

Gorgeous and cozy family getaway!

My family and I were blown away from the minute we walked into this place! Everything was pristine and beautiful. We came in the middle of winter and enjoyed the hot tub, cozying up by the fireplace, and using all the top of the line amenities offered here! We were so confortable and didnt want to leave! Will definitely be back!

Exquisite, comfortable, homey, excellent location! Community is active, lots of great places to walk, exercise, ride bikes and our pups loved it too! Loves our stay at the house. Furnishings were great and just like pictured. Backyard landscaping was beautiful and so pleasant to sit around the fire pit. Loved being able to walk to restaurants for dinner! Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Clean Newer Home by River

Loved our stay here! Bikes were so great to have …we rode into Coeur d’Alene, to dinner, to the river, the lake, etc Home was clean and no skimping on essentials. (Towels, toilet paper etc) Outdoor fire pit was cozy to sit by in the eve with the finishing touch of the waterfall sounds to top it off. Highly recommend this property!

Amazing property in CdA!

We had an amazing stay at your wonderful property. The home was beautiful inside and out! The rooms were spacious, it was excellently equipped with all top-notch amenities that we could possibly need during our stay including a very well-equiped beautiful kitchen, spacious bedrooms, even a great laundry room! Not to mention there was a super relaxing hot tub in the beautiful backyard, a BBQ and even bikes we could use!! Communication with our host was super easy, and our check-in was a breeze. Also, this beautiful home was in a great location! Our stay at was an unforgettable experience, and we hope to stay here again! againreturn!! 5 stars!!!

Impressive!

This place is beautifully and thoughtfully set up for the most perfect stay. Plenty of dishes and cookware and a stocked pantry with basics. Lots of towels for hot tub and lots of towels in the bathrooms. The Two master suites and two other bedrooms were just as pictured and described. We just loved it and will definitely come back.
