Fantastic Stay!

We loved this property and highly recommend. Very clean, well stocked kitchen & great space with wonderful outdoor patio & hot tub. We loved the location to ride bikes or walk the trail along the river front & great location to walk to restaurants and shops.

Cozy beds and great location

We thoroughly enjoy our stay! Great location to walking trails and restaurants. It was nice to be able to park our car in the garage. Definitely would rent this house again.

Family getaway

The property was clean & beautiful. It was perfect for us visiting our son & grandkids. Making it very comfortable for all of us to have our own space, yet be together. We would totally book again.

House was just as described, perfect location, such an awesome feature to have 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms-was perfect for our stay with 3 couples! House was very clean, hot tub was fantastic, communication with owner was very smooth and they were very responsive!

Gorgeous and cozy family getaway!

My family and I were blown away from the minute we walked into this place! Everything was pristine and beautiful. We came in the middle of winter and enjoyed the hot tub, cozying up by the fireplace, and using all the top of the line amenities offered here! We were so confortable and didnt want to leave! Will definitely be back!

Exquisite, comfortable, homey, excellent location! Community is active, lots of great places to walk, exercise, ride bikes and our pups loved it too! Liked the cleanliness of the home and the design as well as the outdoor landscaping! We highly recommend this property stay and we hope to be back soon!

Loves our stay at the house. Furnishings were great and just like pictured. Backyard landscaping was beautiful and so pleasant to sit around the fire pit. Loved being able to walk to restaurants for dinner! Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Clean Newer Home by River

Loved our stay here! Bikes were so great to have …we rode into Coeur d’Alene, to dinner, to the river, the lake, etc Home was clean and no skimping on essentials. (Towels, toilet paper etc) Outdoor fire pit was cozy to sit by in the eve with the finishing touch of the waterfall sounds to top it off. Highly recommend this property!

Impressive!

This place is beautifully and thoughtfully set up for the most perfect stay. Plenty of dishes and cookware and a stocked pantry with basics. Lots of towels for hot tub and lots of towels in the bathrooms. The Two master suites and two other bedrooms were just as pictured and described. We just loved it and will definitely come back.

Clean, comfortable, well organized and stocked. Good location. Parking is tight 1 or 2 cars max. We had a truck and trailer for our bikes. Had to park out on the road

Family getaway

Our daughter and her family flew into Spokane from TX so we decided to stay close by. I found the VRBO listing for the house in Coeur d'Alene and booked it. It was a lovely home with every amenity we could have asked for. The yard is cozy and included a waterfall and hot tub. We enjoyed coffee by the waterfall in the cool morning and availed ourselves of the hot tub in the evening after a long day of exploring. Wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend it!

All Inclusive!

This place was great and by far the most well equipped home we have stayed at for a vacation rental (our preferred way to travel). There were plenty of dishes to accommodate 8 people for two meals without having to wash a bunch. A full set of pots and pans that actually match. Enough towels for everyone. Enough beds for everyone and even extra if we had needed more. The hosts really have done a fabulous job setting this house up for the guests. We were really impressed. Plus, the house is so inviting and cute, decorated so well, and has a homey feel that just makes you feel comfortable. The hot tub and fire pit were delightful, we enjoyed spending the evenings using those. We commented many times how we wish we could pick the house up and move it home with us. Having three full bathrooms made getting ready a breeze, and it was awesome that they were all attached to bedrooms. This was a wonderful vacation rental. We will definitely consider it again if we come back to CDA.

The house was very comfortable and set up well for 3 couples. The back yard was perfect to have coffee in the morning and then relax in the evenings around the fire pit. The location was great to be able to walk to restaurants as well as the walking trail down to the river and all the way into town. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful place to enjoy family.

Great backyard and kitchen. One improvement would to have ceiling fans in the primary and two other main level bedrooms. The mini-splits in the main and upper bedroom are great and quiet.
