Close to City, Lakes, Golf, skiing, mountain trails, the best of both worlds

  • Very cozy little ranch style home, 3 bedrooms 2 bath open kitchen and living room, It is fully furnished. Washer and dryer supplied. It has large deck for b-bq's outdoor games, fire pit to relax with a gazebo, Close to down town Sherman ave, Coeur d'alene lake, golfing, skiing, home depot, Super one, and restaurants right down the road. Candfield Mountain is right down the road for hiking, motor biking, 4 wheeling, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and ect. Large park 3 blocks down the road. 5 beautiful ski resorts 1 hour away. I also offer internet, Pets are welcome for a non refundable fee of 100.00 .
