The house was perfect for my son and I! I was able to to get some work done while he attended the IronWood throwing camp. It was also great to have garage access, which allowed me to bring my bike with me on the trip and enjoy some outdoor time in-between.

Quiet little place with privacy and a comfortable feeling. Well appointed and needed nothing. The owners were quick to respond to any messages and were helpful. I'll look forward to booking it again the next time I visit friends in town.

It would have been nice to have a dresser to put the clothes in. Then that it was a sweet stay.

Visit our sister in law, she lies right around the corner from this property. Everything was close by. It was a cute house. The only thing I thought the bedroom could use was a dresser to put our clothes in. And to have a counter top Otherwise everything was perfect. Will stay again

Great Stay!

My husband and I moved to Idaho to live next to our family! We stayed here so we could get settled and get to know the area a little better! The host was wonderful at communicating! When we got to the VRBO-the dishwasher needed some screws to hold it in place, and he came within a couple hours to fix it! Bret was very nice, and friendly! The place was clean, tidy, and the garage was a wonderful bonus!!

Great Place

This mother-in-law home is perfect for a person wanting a home versus a hotel. It has everything one would need including a great variety of spices for cooking. I wasn’t there long enough to whip up any chow but I could have easily! Another wonderful perk was I was able to park in a garage! I usually keep my vehicles garaged so this was a wonderful plus. Total privacy is another great amenity plus the front of the home covered patio was wonderful. Landscaping was immaculate and full of color. Just wonderful. I will absolutely get in touch with the hosts next time in town.

Great Little Place

I loved this space with its easy access and garage parking. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and well maintained. Comfy bed and couch. Nice built-in desk space for working remotely. I look forward to staying again as I have family in Post Falls but like having my own place.

Great Place!

This one bedroom worked great for my husband and I. We were in the area for 5 days and were looking for something a little bigger than a hotel room. The living room, kitchen and separate bathroom along with the affordable price made it perfect!

Clean, cute, convenient

This cozy, nicely laid-out rental, just a few blocks off a highway connecting to the Interstate a mile away, is conveniently located to Coeur d'Alene and the lake. (Construction at the highway intersection is temporarily making a detour necessary during June 2022). It is very clean and well maintained, plus the renter's car is parked inside a huge storage/garage unit and is always safe. Most importantly, the owners seem to know how taxes and fees increase the cost and decrease the value of using VRBO, so they price the unit in an affordable way, keeping folks from using inns and suites instead.
