Overall it was a great place. Parking was cramped and the road in and out was overgrown with trees and brush. Other than that, I would highly recommend
Property was gorgeous. No complaints at all. The owner Roger was very nice and interesting to talk to. A lovely family of deer live around the area and we enjoyed watching them everyday along with the spontaneous visits from turkeys. Plan to rent again in the future.
This house needs a one million dollar cash infusion. The house is old, and strangely decorated. There is no door to the master bedroom which is directly off of the living room, so don’t expect privacy. The location is great. We found dirty diapers in the fire pit on the beach.

Gorgeous view but needs some updates
The view is gorgeous and the dock was perfect. The house really needs some updating. Could use a new coffee pot, new cooking utensils, and bathrooms are very run down.
Overall, we had a great experience. The place was clean and the view was gorgeous. My kids had fun looking at rocks on the beach. The only draw backs were the upper master bedroom doesn't have a door. It worked okay for us, my toddlers don't knock anyways but be warned. And the second thing was the wifi went down on the second day, and still wasn't fixed when we left. Still 5 stars though because that isn't the owners fault, the property is kinda remote and frontier was working on it.

Beautiful Sunrises, Great Views, and Lovely Property
What we loved about the house was all the windows and the great views of the lake. The sunrises were absolutely beautiful. We're early risers so the sun pouring in early didn't bother us. The home was very spacious with a large updated open-concept kitchen. Our daughters loved the downstairs as they had their own space. We saw wild turkeys and loved listening to the birds on the property. The property was wooded with a nice gravel path down to the lake (the hike up was not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties). The beach, firepit, and pier were great.
As mentioned by others, it's a long drive to town, so make sure you have most of your provisions before you arrive. We made the drive to town twice during our week. Shooters Bar and Grill is a fun place to go for food and drinks and it's not too far away. Enjoy!
Absolutely wonderful property.
Close to town, right on the lake, room for everyone!

Great vacation home
This was a cute, quaint little house for our 2 night stay. The home was clean, and comfortable. Note the trail down to the beach access is very steep and quite the climb back up.
The setting for this home is perfect. Centrally located on the shores of the channel between the main lake and the open waters that will take you into Harrison as well as the CDA River. The views from the wrap around balcony are spectacular. Having access to your own boat dock as well as the private beach for swimming during the day and a cozy fire at night make this a top-notch property. Everything we needed to cook multiple meals every day – plan your stay - you don't want to have drive into town as you are about 30 minutes from CDA not to mention traffic once you get there. Think of the path down to the water as your daily exercise - it is a bit tough on the way up. It was just the two of use so didn't mind the open master bedroom but even if there were others do not see it being an issue (there are baby gates in the closet should you want to create some boundaries). Settle in with plenty of books, movies, games, satellite TV and wi-fi (that worked nonstop our entire stay!). Our stay was a mix of weather - the heat and AC worked great. There were plenty of linens, blankets and we even found beach towels. Be sure to bring firewood as you won't find any just laying around. Lots of wildlife - birds, chipmunks, deer - but our favorite were the groundhogs. The road into the area is narrow and unpaved as you get closer to the property (make sure you have a plan if bringing/renting a boat as outlined in the property notes). The property company was very responsive.

The best part of the trip
Staying at Paradise Regained was the best part of our trip.
Amazing property. Views that simply cant be beaten. Beautiful home. Nice dock to park a boat and firepit on the sandy beach. Cant beat this location.

Perfect for family
We love the layout of the house for our family. The master on the main floor and the two other bedrooms on the lower floor are great. The deck and views of the lake are beautiful.
Great place with a beautiful view of Coeur d'Alene lake. This is an older cabin with all the character of a cabin built in the 70's. The kitchen had been updated. The pictures on the Vrbo site were pretty accurate. It is worth noting that the upstairs bedroom (master) does not have a door so the great room and bedroom connect via a short hall.
It is a bit off the beaten path to get to but worth the trek. We loved looking out the kitchen window watching the deer eat in the orchard.
This property is beautiful and the house is amazing. The view from the balcony is wonderful. We loved having our own beach - we brought our own kayaks, paddle boards, etc. I will say, tho, that the trek down to the beach and back up is a bit much (especially for us older ones), but we knew ahead of time about it. And the drive to town can be a little tiring. But all in all we had a WONDERFUL time and this house is really amazing!!!
The property was even better than we expected. The location is a bit far from CDA, but we did not mind the drive one bit. Enjoying our morning coffee on the top deck each morning was wonderful. We cooked for most of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had a great time walking down to the dock and beach area ... skipping rocks, dangling our feet in the chilly water and enjoying the serenity. We would come back and stay at this lovely home in a heartbeat!

Gorgeous view
This property has a gorgeous view, a wonderful beach for wading, swimming, and enjoying the fire pit, and a nice dock for boating. The lake is crystal clear. We spent most of our time in or near the water and had a wonderful experience being outdoors. The house itself is adequate, and the owner was friendly.
Property is great for a family, or adults. The 3 bedrooms are comfortable and spacious.
Property is as advertised and pictures are accurate. The 2 living rooms give your group room to spread out ( good kid separation). Kitchen is well equipped and there is a great smoker bar-b-que. bring the steaks! The deck is amazing with views of the lake. The path to the private beach and dock is manageable with lite foot wear.

Great location for pretty much anything especially a bachelor party!
The view, the fire pit and the location on the lake! Oh and the Traeger smoker grill. A little tight to get in there and more for the physically able. Incredible memories were made!! Would book again in a heart beat!!

Beautiful views of the lake didn’t disappoint. Enjoyed the visits of the deer & wild turkeys. Overall the property is on need of some maintenance, TLC and a deep clean.
The property was a little funky. The bedroom upstairs has no door on it so it's open to the living area. Also a little dated. But overall a nice place to stay with beautiful views and a great deck.
Secluded beach front cabin, very open and spacious!

Lake Life
We enjoyed a relaxing time on the deck reading and looking out at the beautiful view. The dock was still out so we got to sit out and talk. The water was cold but fun to jump in and enjoy! The house was clean and we enjoyed a fire in the fireplace.. There were deer who came up to eat the apples from the apple trees. The one drawback was its location. It is far from town but we had rented a car.
