The only benefit to this hotel is it is directly off the freeway. It was very rundown. The window in our hotel was broken and about to fall out. The road noise and the air conditioner noise made it almost impossible to sleep.

The hotel advertised that they had a hot tub. There isn’t one. The room key cards stopped working and we needed to get the reset 4 times over our 2 night stay. The bed sheets were dirty/stained. The toilet didn’t flush properly and then overflowed.

Never stay at this motel, likely the worst place I have ever stayed. Dirty sheet, actually blood spots on them, no toilet paper, no mattress pad, just sheet over a cruddy mattress, filthy carpet in the room and hallway. The breakfast is very underwhelming.

Pool water wasn’t nice(not clear) so I wouldn’t let the kids swim. We stayed for 5 nights and they never made beds or took out garbage even after being asked. Wasn’t the cleanest to begin with but bed was comfortable and sheets were clean.

We stayed at the Red Lion for 3 nights while visiting Silverwood. The location was convenient, with the drive to the park taking less than 30 minutes. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The hotel pool was not swimmable—the water was extremely cloudy and looked unclean, so we didn’t feel comfortable using it. The breakfast buffet was also a letdown. We went around 7:00 a.m., and most of the food was already gone. Staff does not refill the items, leaving the only option being waffles. We also requested housekeeping during our stay to bring fresh towels and empty our trash, but no one ever came. The location is the biggest positive, but the cleanliness, lack of housekeeping, and poor breakfast service made this a disappointing experience overall.

Front desk ladies were super nice and helpful if not for them I would not have stayed. The hallway to the rooms was disgusting and smelled like a wet dog or a carpet cleaner didnt dry after it attempted to clean...the room had carpets so disgusting I made the kids sit on the beds after I noticed the black feet toilet had pee all over the seat and back...bathroom door has a hole kicked in it window was falling apart fridge was warm at best and the top of the closet has probly never been cleaned in years needs a serious remodel pictures online show a few pieces of the hotel where a coat of paint and cheap floors were installed not what ur paying for sorry to say we will never stay again and do not recommend this place to anyone! Great ladies at desk horrible conditions im surprised any travel agency provides this accommodation on their website

The room was pretty clean. The area around the entry door on the outside of the building was stacked with garbage. The room we were in was on the first floor. The people above us on second floor sounded like a herd of buffalo and every time a toilet was flushed or they used the shower, it sounded like a waterfall. Hard to sleep with so much noise.
