The property was centrally located to downtown and lake. Easily walkable to the parks. Kitchen was well equipped. Good use of the space with small living room, kitchen, bed and bath. Bed was not very comfortable for us though. The throws needed cleaning as they were dirty when we tried using them. Other than that, it was a pretty good stay.

Location is super, downtown CDA, which is where you want to be, is walkable and house is 4 blocks from the beach. Host is terrific, spoke when checking in and out and gained a lot of insight into the area, accidentally left a personal item and she mailed it to us and wouldn't take reimbursement.

Small Cold Garage Apartment

We arrived to a very cold small setting. the heat was not on and we tried everything to get the ductless unit to work. it trickled out a miniscule amount even though we set it at the highest setting, but it never warmed up enough to sleep in the bedroom as there was no heat source in the bedroom so we closed the doors and slept on the couches with very thin thrift store bedding!! towels were gross , old, and didn't look clean. silverware was dirty. the property manager at some point in the evening left a weak space heater outside the unit that we used in the morning while we found another place to stay and we left the property which we booked for three nights. the property manager refuses any compensation for the two days we didnt stay!

It is a cute place to stay walking distance to the beach -Sanders Cove, to hikes on Tubbs Hill, to downtown dining and to concert at the park just 3 blocks or less on Wednesdays from 5-8pm.

Long stay- CDA Hideaway

This was the absolute perfect hideaway! The bed was extremely comfortable. It had an amazing amount of storage, which was perfect for my month long stay. The owner communication was awesome. Highly receommed if you are looking for a small space in a Downtown. Just a few blocks from Tubbs and Sherman Ave.

Cute place for a couple visiting Couer D’Alene

Great property and perfect for a couple’s getaway. Easy walk to downtown and the lake. House had everything you would need. Only wish is the location shown on VRBO was a little closer to the actual address. Booked thinking it was right next door to friends, but was 5-6 blocks away. Still an easy walk. Great place though and would easily recommend to others!
