“This historic house is incredible! So charming, well-stocked, and very clean! There are lots of cozy areas to sit and get away and wonderful areas for gathering. Our family gathering of 13 loved it and will be returning!”

“We came to town to visit our 96-year-old grandma and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The house is beautiful, very comfortable, and so well stocked—it truly felt like home. We loved the lovely view, the comfy beds, and the thoughtful welcome treats. Having the washer and dryer was a big help during our visit. The Kal-El license plate gave us a smile every time we saw it! We’ll definitely be back on future trips.”

“Thank you Jerry for the wonderful week. There was something for everyone to do. From the oldest to youngest, all got along super well and were busy from dawn to dusk. Playing in the water, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, etc. Your kitchen is super stocked with every gadget anyone would need. Don't ever sell your place it is truly a prime spot on CDA Lake! “It was our families first time in Coeur D’ Alene and the location of property was very convenient and gave us the full experience . It was easy to navigate the lake and only 20 min from downtown . Very private . The views were breathtaking and the fire pit area was our kids favorite . Lots of memories made . They provided a lot of lake equipment which was also very much appreciated and used . The kids loved the bunk room and the house really gave you the cabin on the lake feel . Great vacation……

“Amazing cabin! Super private and quiet. Amazing lake views! Located on the centennial bike trail that allows easy access to downtown CDA and goes all the way to Spokane. Super comfy beds. Awesome garage playroom with additional futon. Well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed the outside sitting areas. It was super hot when we visited and the A/C units worked great. Ideally located just a few minutes to downtown CDA, Tubbs Hill trails and Tony’s and Vantage Brewery even closer. We will definitely be……

“House is just as described. Location is really awesome - walking distance to lake, docks, downtown area and an amazing playground and splash pad for kids. Backyard is really pretty, we had a great time grilling back there. Would definitely recommend, especially for groups - the house is kind of spread out so there’s different areas for everyone to have their own space ”

“Look no further this is THE house! We absolutely loved our stay! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The views were stunning, the location was perfect, and the space was so comfortable and inviting. The amenities made our trip seamless & extra easy - no running into town for garlic salt you forgot to buy or extra TP! Communication with the Danica was exceptional from start to finish. If we could give it 10 stars, we would! Highly recommend to anyone……
