「Hotel is clean and well kept. Nice looking lobby. Clean rooms and the bed was very comfortable with ample pillows. I like that the thermostat was adjustable. Breakfast was included 7-10am with scramble eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, make your own waffles, dry cereal, instant oatmeal, juices, coffee, yogurt. Would definitely stay here again. Very close to highway.」

「Either new or newly remodeled hotel with indoor pool, outdoor patio with grill, large walk in shower, large TV, includes breakfast! Cookies in lobby in the afternoon. Various dining options, Walmart, movie theatre within a mile or 2. Only complaint is the charging station in nightstand didn’t charge our phones. Otherwise wonderful hotel. 」

「Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. The staff on duty promised to cover the extra transportation costs from the motel to the bus terminal for the next day and arranged a taxi for us. But we were kicked out of the taxi as the...
