Beachfront by the CC lends itself to romantic couples getaways. If food and wine are your passions, you’re looking at the perfect place to enjoy cooking in a spacious well-equipped kitchen, then snuggle up in the comfy lounge adjacent to the lower level concertina doors on a plush vintage leather lounge. Fancy a late-night dip in the heated plunge pool? No problem, it’s completely private.

The roomy master has an equally spacious ensuite complete with dual shower heads and a large jetted soaker tub. The second king room with ensuite is located on the ground level. A third large bedroom with two queen beds is located in the back of the house on the main living level, with a full bathroom just outside the door entryway.

If the kids are joining you, there is plenty to do here in Coffs Harbour to keep them entertained, you’ll get your quiet time later! Along with being famous for its beaches, the city also features renowned family-friendly attractions.

Let’s not forget the beach access is only a few meters away. Campbell’s Beach is famous for its surf fishing so don’t forget to pack your fishing gear. Two beach surfing fishing rods are provided for you, we encourage you to bring your favourite tackle! Please note that Campbells Beach and Sapphire Beach are not patrolled.



IMPORTANT NOTICE- TEMPORARY ACCESS ROAD DELAYS UNTIL 2nd APRIL 2026

Neil Civil will be on site to carry out necessary improvements to the road and driveway area. They’ll begin with scaffolding and temporary fencing, and the main driveway works are scheduled to start on Wednesday (weather permitting). The team will be working Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm, and the project is expected to take around 8 weeks to complete. There will be signage in place to help guide everyone during this time. Access to the property will remain available throughout the works; however, there may be short delays at times, particularly if the road crew are pouring concrete. We understand this may cause a little inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience and understanding while these improvements are being completed.
