Really enjoyed the location of this property. Loved being able to walk down to the local shops, bars, beach and pools.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities

Images on internet not reflective of what I booked. It was old , couldn’t get key to front door and needed management to hand deliver key, WIFI didn’t work and had to call to reset it. No reception on site. Bathroom tapped was squeaky, bathroom light fixture full of dead bugs. Bathroom towel musty (like hadn’t dried full). Neighbour (permanent resident) coughed all night from 4am and loud sneezing from 5am.

Waste of money

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I always look forward to come back to Sawtell

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All good and convenient location in sunny Sawtell . Prices have risen substantially Post covid though compared to my last stays in various locations in Sawtell.However , I’ll be back and merry Xmas Magrath team .

Good for short stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean room but too small for an extended stay. Had initial problems with blocked toilet. Was fixed quickly once real estate agent was informed. Good location as only 5 minutes walk to shops etc.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed with our rental. The carpark is too cramped. Access from the carpark to the lane is unsafe due to a high colourbond fence. there was no room service, towels were very thin and old. there were no tissues in the unit. There was no soap, or shampoo&conditioner. tea and coffee had not been restocked. There was a leak under the kitchen sink and a cloth was in situ to collect the slow leak. Swimming pool was not cleaned regularly.

Over priced!! For what you get. Lovely location. But still not $$

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over priced. Nice location. Rooms are very laziest in cleaning. $100 I night?? Not happy. $60-70 a night! Air conditioner filters are Nasty.

After arrival I phoned the real estate’s office and spoke to friendly staff about a couple of minor issues which were resolved quickly.
