Nothing much to add from the other reviews below really - its great value for what it is - we were a family of 5 - so even better value for larger groups. The house is very well equipped. The pool is a good size. The location is good for trips to all the surrounding areas. The host (Valerie) was attentive and quick to respond. The veranda creates a great space to be outside and out of the sun. We would use this villa again if the stars and timings lined up

Beautiful home from home

Our host Valerie was very responsive throughout. The property was amazing! Great size pool, very spacious and very efficient cooling system in all rooms. Great out door space too with loungers and long dinning table. The property sits in the middle of the hills so very tranquil with great views but is also 20 minutes walk from Cogolin centre. due to its location you have to negotiate a very steep driveway and access to the house itself but for us that was not a problem. If booking this property on Vrbo remember to ask if there is additional charge for bedding, towels and cleaning which we were not aware of at the time of booking but it was worth every penny. Thank you Valerie and Sylvie for a lovely stay.

Excellent for family vacation

Nice and quiet location, good equipped, spacious, nice terrace with pool area. Sylvie was friendly host, responsive. Good communication with the owner Valérie. We enjoyed our holiday very much.

Excellent but the weather

Traumhafte Location

Sehr versteckte und ruhige Location am Ende des Ortes. Die Vermieterin hat uns vorab schon ein quasi "Handbuch" zukommen lassen wo die präzise Anfahrt beschrieben wurde sowie allerhand nützliche Hinweise zum Haus selber aber auch Müllentsorgung etc. Das Haus selber war im einwandfreien Zustand und es war eine sehr gute Kommunikation bei Fragen. Der Pool wurde wöchentlich gereinigt und hatte auch Im Oktober noch mind. 26 Grad. Es gab absolut nichts zu beanstanden, würden gerne wieder kommen wenn wir die Region als Urlaubsziel auswählen

Sehr schönes Haus, traumhafte Umgebung

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war hervorragend, sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend Wir waren eine Reisegruppe von drei Familien, sechs Erwachsene sechs Kinder. Das Haus ist super geeignet für so viele Personen. Allerdings muss man wissen, dass ein Schlafzimmer mit Bad außerhalb vom Haus liegt. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet. Man kann super unter Dach draußen sitzen. Sitzmöglichkeiten ist für 12-14 Personen super geeignet der Pool ist sehr groß an der tiefsten Stelle 1,90 m Zum Rand hin etwas flacher circa 1 m der Pool ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Vor allem der Kunstrasen rund um das Pool . Was man außerdem erwähnen sollte, ist die sehr sehr steile Hofeinfahrt. Ansonsten ist Cogolin eine wunderschöne Stadt und der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge Saint-Tropez ist mit dem Boot in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Pampelonne Und all die schönen Strände sind innerhalb von 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus und in der Umgebung das Haus und die Umgebung ist sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man die Kleinigkeiten beachtet.

Séjour fantastique

Nous avons passé la meilleure semaine en famille dans la maison de Valérie. La maison a pleinement répondu à nos attentes : une superbe piscine, de belles chambres, une cuisine agréable et tout était vraiment propre et bien rangé. Valérie était très accueillante et nous ne pouvons que lui donner, ainsi qu'à sa maison, les meilleures recommandations. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir une autre fois.

Bardzo fajna willa . Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia z wszystkimi udogodnieniami na miejscu. Willa 2 poziomowa, ze stromym podjazdem. Niemniej bez problemów wyjechałem, a więc każde auto osobowe też sobie poradzi :) Ogólnie bardzo przytulny, czysty i przestronny domek. Właściciel był bardzo miły i pomocny . Nasza rodzina była bardzo zadowolona z naszego pobytu w tym pięknym miejscu.

Wunderbar!

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht, das wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Das Haus ist genauso wie beschrieben. Besonders möchten wir Sylvie erwähnen, die uns herzlich empfangen hat und immer schnell erreichbar war, falls wir Fragen hatten. Danke dafür!! Der Pool und der Garten mit einer tollen Aussucht war das Highlight für uns und vor allem unsere Kinder. Alles Sehenswerte und die Küste ist sehr schnell erreichbar. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Einen Punkt, den wir gerne erwähnen möchten, ist die Nachbarschaft. Zwei Stunden nach unserem Aufenthalt beschwerte sich bereits der Nachbar von nebenan über die Lautstärke unserer Kinder im Pool. Es war später Nachmittag und die Kinder glücklich und ausgelassen, nach der langen Anreise, ins kühle Nass springen zu dürfen. Dafür zeigte der Nachbar kein Verständnis und wollte uns sogar über die Richtlinien eines solchen Verhaltens in Deutschland aufklären. Ein solch unfreundliches Verhalten Kindern gegenüber haben wir bisher noch nie in Frankreich erlebt. Sollten Kinder in dieser Nachbarschaft nicht willkommen sein, sollte unbedingt vorab darauf verwiesen werden.

Schönes Haus

Super séjour

La maison est tout à fait conforme à la description et aux photos. Véritable pépite, elle offre une magnifique vue et permet de séjourner en toute tranquillité en famille ou entre amis. La propriété est également très bien située ce qui nous a permis de découvrir la région. Merci tout particulièrement à Sylvie Rebiere qui nous a accueillis et a été très disponible. Alles war prima

Wir waren 2 Wochen lang in dem Haus und haben es sehr genossen. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und viele schöne Orte sind von hier aus super erreichbar. Etwas schade war, dass der Pool (obwohl es im Inserat so angegeben war) nicht beheizt war. Dadurch konnten die Kinder den Pool nicht nutzen und waren etwas enttäuscht (umweltfreundlicher ist es aber natürlich, dass der Pool nicht beheizt ist). Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Sehr angenehm fanden wir zB. das die Küche super ausgestattet und für ausreichend Personen Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden war. Das Haus war im Großen und Ganzen zwar sauber, nur unter dem Bett waren Tierhaare und etwas Staub zu finden. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar und war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit nochmal buchen und es auch weiterempfehlen.

Alles wie beschrieben

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, so dass man viele Ausflüge von dort aus machen kann und sich zurück ziehen kann, wenn man Ruhe sucht. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen waren die permanent bellenden Hunde in der Nachbarschaft.
