Calm relaxing place w small garden & great food

Calm and peaceful place, walking distance form the Coimbatore airport is absolutely fabulous. Clean, perfect linen, lovely design - made my trip relaxing. Also the chef and the team of the restaurant (and hotel in general) are so professional and kind, no words. Highly recommended if you do no need to spend all your time in the city center.

Excellent service!!!

Exceptional all the way. Checking in was quick. Ms.R at the front desk was very helpful, she even let me borrow her iPhone charger. Staff were very pleasant, professional and helpful. Room service was very good. The room service menu was very detailed, easy to understand. Even accommodated late check out time. I will go back again and I would recommend it.

I had a pleasant stay with Fairfield. Chef Shakti in the kitchen made us feel more welcome and the food was delicious. He was friendly and made us feel at home. I had left my phone charger in the lobby and the team were happy to ship it to me as well. Unfortunately one of our colleagues booking was lost in the system and the front desk staff seemed unapologetic, but the rest of us had very nice stay. The front desk staff can be trained better to show empathy.
