Everything was perfect in this place. You got own room with aircond to sleep comfortably. The receptionist Liliana was very friendly and helpful. Communication was easy because she can speak English fluently. I would highly recommend this place.

The location of the room was excellent as it was right in the middle of a the old town area but because the space was old, it was noisy. Mostly inside as people went back and forth down the hallway, turning lights on that lit up our room under the door through the night. The kitchen with access to cooking facilities and complimentary coffee and tea is nice. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Air conditioning was a nice option as well.

Everything was great. The only issue was our AC unit. I called the manager who came to check on it and confirmed it wasn't working. We were moved to another room which had a good unit and we were fine.
