"The staff from bellman to bartender to front desk were all gracious and lovely, going out of their way to be helpful. "This was our first time in Alta Badia and hotel col alto was perfect! The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and spacious. The ski room made storing your equipment very easy and was well organized. The wellness center had lovely saunas and a nice pool/jacuzzi - just what you need after a day of skiing. Breakfast and dinner offered a variety of foods and everything was delicious! The only thing was that they didn’t offer tap water in the rooms, so we’d recommend stopping by the market to buy some water. Looking forward to coming back in the future! "

"Our stay at Hotel Gran Ciasa was one of the highlights of our Italy vacation. The surroundings are beautiful and you can enjoy them from anywhere within the hotel. You really feel like you are in the mountains, especially in the hot tub and relax rooms. The room was spotless and cozy, the bed a welcome comfort after some nights on very hard mattresses, and the bathroom spacious and luxurious. We recommend the full pensione. The food and recommended wine pairings were delicious and I don't think I've ever had better service. We had a table with our name on it (literally) and our waiter Simone made us feel like celebrities. And if you have a car, you enjoy the free on-site parking as much as we did. It was a truly rejuvenating stay and I hope to come back."
