This home offers stunning sea views of Stewart Island from the south deck and picturesque farmland views to the Longwood Ranges from the north deck.

The modern kitchen, dining, and living areas are designed for comfort and functionality, making it ideal for relaxing and entertaining.The lovely retreat features well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, ensuring a restful stay. The master bedroom includes an ensuite, while the other bedrooms share a stylish family bathroom.

Explore local attractions at your doorstep, such as the Gemstone Beach, Cosy Nook, and the Hump Ridge track. Enjoy surfing at The Trees, go for a 2-minute drive to Colac Bay for a scenic stroll or head over to Riverton (approximately just an 8-minute drive away) with great cafes, restaurants, pubs, and supermarket or go dolphin watching.

Beautiful luxurious house

This is a beautiful house with huge windows everywhere and front and back 2nd floor porches. It was very well equipped with appliances and had enough plates, bowls etc for a decent crowd. It's also very close to the beach. Although then-current photos didn't show an oven or stovetop, the house does have them, which made cooking there easy.
