The captain cottage was exactly what Mom and I wanted! Beautiful views of the bay,super easy five minute walk to the main street of Cold Spring Harbor, adorable house with everything you need, and Kim was on top of it every time we neededhelp. Great location. Perfect house to gather with family -easy walk to charming village and local park - within driving distance of all the places we needed to visit. Kitchen has all amenities and living area is very cozy!

This was a well appointed home, with everything you could possibly need. The view of the sound was wonderful. Our stay was in February to visit with a relative but we definitely would come back in the summer. Kim was a great hostess!

This is a quaint property located off the main road going through town but you would never know it. It is quiet and tranquil. Property is clean and well maintained. The owner has provided many amenities, my husband appreciated the well stocked coffee"nook." We walked everywhere and it was fun to explore the waterfront. A quick drive to Sagamore Hill and Oyster Bay. We enjoyed our stay. Owner was very responsive to my questions.

Our stay was excellent and very welcoming! Like a home away from home. Kim and George are very kind and welcoming and put a lot of effort into our arrival. We arrived in the winter and can just imagine how amazing the other seasons must be. An absolute gem of a place!!! Cant wait to see the Captain again, he's so cool.!!! Perfect spot for us to have access to family and boating Everything is very well thought out and when we did have family visit, we had everything we needed. Kim is very responsive and when there was a need, she made sure it was met. We will be back!
