“When checking in, I say and waited for 25 minutes for someone to come down w my 6 kids! was really upset with the room at first bc of the fact I had my big family there And we were expecting a small stove top to use to eat, there wasn’t one in our room. Then the seagulls were literally living in the pool A family from the 6th floor threw actual spoons of tuna into the pool and hot tub while my kids were down there including my autistic 6 year old! Getting the seagulls to attack!! The first……
