“This was a lovely place to stay which we chose partly because it has some EV charging facilities. The restaurant and bar have a good selection with well kept beer and the staff are helpful and friendly. We especially recommend the panna cotta, however, all the food was good. The bedroom and bathroom were a good size and well appointed with tea, coffee and water. We would visit again ”

“Overall a very good value place to stay, and as long as you know the place’s limits in advance you can plan round them. A bit on the basic side (no desk in the room, no towels, no dedicated wifi (something cloudy that didn’t work on 4th floor, so I tethered iPad to phone). toilet and shower a bit “military grade” but the price point was exceptional. “Some of the positive reviews are likely from week-days. NEVER go here in the weekend. Your room is above the hotel's pub that makes your stay unbearable. It is not just people having a drink, but actively partying and shouting with a dj. This place should not be listed as a hotel.

“Good location to use as a base for one or two nights stay. Staff at breakfast and room cleaning were friendly and helpful. Breakfast food was the usual mix of traditional cooked fare with cereal, yoghurt, juices etc. The remote Check in was a little strange but caused no problems.
