I had a flight cancellation and was grateful to find this very reasonably priced room in Sint Maarten. Since I arrived early, I was allowed to sit in the courtyard until my room was ready, which I really appreciated.The room fixtures and furnishings were a bit old, but very clean. I had problems ...

I would absolutely stay there again. This was the best condo I have ever stayed at. My husband and I had a blast. The view was to die for. Location is top tier. Private beach and restaurants nearby.

We had an end unit that offered a lovely sunset view. The room was so comfortable and clean. Enjoyed having the kitchen to cook our own breakfast. Location was excellent with many dining options nearby
