“Expedia showed gorgeous water views- the room was NOT as described or pictured! In the back with just a very partial view mostly from the bathroom. Amenities were sparse and basic- no paper towels,no blanket, no dryer, etc. Will be contacting Expedia when I return home-did not have option to understand this when booked- ”

“This Inn does not have an elevator but the staff helped with our luggage. Room was clean and the price was great. Only thing was that our two single beds badly need new mattresses but I believe they may be updating the rooms as they can. Good continental breakfast at the bakery next store. Shuttle (available at a "surcharge") may be available for clerk told me we could just call on our own for a taxi to the airport which we did.”

“Staff did not care about leakage in bathroom, did not follow up on AC not working, indifferent to not having hot water. Coffee machine was not working, light fixtures switches were not working, had to unplug before leaving for the day. Room was not cleaned for three days, no fresh towels. Property, like halls and stairs were dirty and the jacuzzi was full of dust on the bottom. Not worth the $737.00 charged ”

“Upon arrival there was no-one to greet you or to find to help you! I took one look at the place I knew I wouldn't be staying there. It smelt of urine and was disgustingly dirty. I didn't even bother looking at my room.”

“Spacious room with a kitchen area, luving area, sleeping area and balcony. Friendly staff. Lots of closet space to hang clothes. Great location close to a market and lots of bars and restaurants near the water. Great room at a great price. ”

“It is not a boutique hotel. It is a run down mess, it is in a very poor state from cleanliness, beds, smell of mould from AC, to no view, and total misconceptions of what you are getting for a hotel stay. “Holland house was a nice stay but we were disappointed with the breakfast that’s included. The breakfast would take us almost an hour to get and to top it off the breakfast would come out cold after waiting all that time. But besides that the hotel is a good place to stay for a couple of days..”
