"Great stay with my family of 4. Location was amazing. Able to walk to everything, beach was beautiful and Aqua Mania boat excursion was on site. Restaurants were convenient and on the water, food was excellent and staff super friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Sophia! Best bartender and always a friendly smile! Only suggestion would be to update the cushions on the recliners at the pool and on the room balcony."

Our only complaint is that we checked in on a Monday to leave on a Sunday (the property operates on a Saturday-Saturday or Sunday-Sunday schedule) and we were told with very little notice that we needed to vacate our room on Saturday morning and transfer to a new, less desirable room."

"The villa was wonderful. Great location and a great floor plan for a multi-generational family vacation. What fell short was our experience with the host property management company. Every time we reported an issue (such as incomplete bedding in the bunk room, ice machine not working, or a leaking coffee carafe) they were defensive and required us to prove the issue before they would address it. Either a new property manager or a more cooperative attitude from the current one would make this an incredibly great place to enjoy all that Sint Maarten has to offer!"
