「Reception下午五點就休息了，但是超過五點抵達後可打電話給他們，會將旁邊reception門旁邊保險箱的密碼告訴你，在裡面即可拿到房間鑰匙及說明文件。房間內的設備很齊全，不過上下舖的配置比較特別一點，第二層的人有點不好爬上去，而且也沒有坐起來的空間。廁所跟浴室的空間離heater很遠且沒有內建的heater lamp所以很冷。熱水算是穩定，在冬天也可以安安穩穩的洗完澡！」

「The tree top views house is a beautiful house located on top of the hill. We really enjoyed the view, the location and the nice set up and decoration of this place. There is a couple minor issues but it didn’t bother us much. The communication was excellent as well. We would recommend the house to anyone.」

「Our family enjoyed the stay at this delightfully large home in New Norfolk. Plenty of room for us all the enjoy quiet times. Easy access to river and cliff walks. Great markets on a Saturday morning. Possums are in abundance. The only thing I would recommend is some outdoor sensor lights as we arrived late, and it was a bit tricky accessing the lock box in the dark and finding our way around. Other than that it was a lovely stay.」
