“Freycinet perfectly accommodated our small group of 3 adults. The kitchen and bathroom/laundry was well equipped, and we enjoyed the great view over Coles Bay from the lounge area. This accommodation is very centrally located in the township, and only a short walking distance to both the Bay and shops, but was still quiet and peaceful. My only suggestion relates to the septic which did have a slight smell as per previous reviews. This didn’t worry us as we were there during the cooler months. I……

“Absolute perfection at Halcyon House, Coles Bay!
We had the most incredible stay at Halcyon House. The property manager was outstanding from start to finish — excellent communication, super responsive, and genuinely warm and helpful. It made everything effortless.
The house itself is stunning. It sits right on the ocean, so you wake up and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. It’s incredibly peaceful and private — the perfect escape. The kitchen is large and very well equipped, and the……

“The property was in a great location, with a wonderful view across Coles Bay. It was very near to a great cafe (Geographe) that we visited regularly, and convenience store that was very well stocked for a small outlet. It was also close to the nearby cruise jetty, and perfect for a relaxing stay.”

“Great location. Fantastic accomodation. Only disappointments were only getting checkin information 10 minutes before check-in time. Caused some concern and anxiety as to whether information would come through incase of poor internet/mobile reception. Also a 3pm checkin is much later than everywhere else we have stayed.”

“Location magic. Accomodation out of this world. I would like to however point out that there was limited fire wood in house and none in wood box out back. We did find it the next morning under the house but as we got there at 4.30 freezing cold it was just a bit disappointing. Other than that it was a great stay. Thank you”

“This house lived up to the online images. A group of friends shared a milestone birthday celebration here and we found the well-equipped kitchen and generous living species very conducive to enjoying each others company. The amazing view of the Hazards changes by the minute and we found regardless of the weather, sitting in the lounge room gazing at the view was always a delight.
The house was very clean and well set up. Great quality toiletries, comfortable beds, heated floors - all added to……

“Location was fantastic, beautiful views.
There was building going on around the back of the property which was quite noisy and the workers had their music playing very loud. Had to close the blinds as they could see directly into the property so unfortunately there was no serenity or privacy.
The inside of the property needs updating, I would expect more for the price. ”
