Two Steps from the Lake

A Due Passi Dal Lago is nestled in the countryside, in a peaceful setting ideal for couples and families with children. It features a master bedroom, a smaller bedroom with a single or double bed, a bathroom with a bidet and hairdryer, a dining area with a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, hardwood floors, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. During your stay, you can enjoy the outdoor pool and relax in the garden, which is equipped with lounge chairs and a barbecue.

Upon request at the time of booking, you’ll receive 1 cot and 1 high chair free of charge for one child under 12 months. A fee applies for a second child.

The centre of Colico is just a few minutes away. The lakeshores and beaches, as well as the bike paths through Valtellina, Valchiavenna, and Alto Lario, are just a few minutes away, along with some of Lake Como’s most beautiful trails, including the Sentiero del Viandante, the stunning Bay of Piona, and the Abbey of the same name. In just over half an hour on foot—even with children—you can reach the Towers of Fontanedo, a small medieval village offering a magnificent view of Lake Como.

IMPORTANT: At the time of booking, I require a 25% bank transfer as confirmation. If you decide not to make the payment, please cancel your reservation within 24 hours. Without the 25% deposit at the time of booking, I will not reserve the property for you. For the period from April through September inclusive, the municipal tax is also due. Upon arrival, I require a 200-euro cash security deposit, which will be refunded when you return the keys, provided everything is in order and clean as per the house rules.
