    The centrepiece of the house is certainly the technically well-equipped kitchen, which is fitted with a three-ring hob, induction hob, an espresso pot alongside a capsule coffee machine and a dishwasher. A mini oven is available for small baking projects. Other amenities such as a washing machine for communal use, underfloor heating in all rooms and air conditioning in parts of the house ensure a comfortable stay. A smart TV for relaxing evenings, a fireplace for cosy hours and, last but not least, the whirlpool bathtub promise relaxation and entertainment for all ages.

    Outside the house, a spacious terrace invites you to linger and sunbathe, while the fully fenced garden not only guarantees the safety of your pets, but also provides the perfect backdrop for socialising outdoors.
