This room also has an exit leading to the garden. Additionally, there is one double bedroom on this level. The kitchen is open-concept and comes equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, ensuring you have all the necessary appliances for your culinary needs. A shower/bidet/WC is also conveniently located on this floor.
