“Location and price of the hotel are fantastic for Dublin but does reflect the fact it is above the nightclub. It is VERY noise at 2am when the club closes, but they provide excellent ear plugs that worked great. We couldn’t hear the club from our room, just the noise on the street when it closed. Breakfast was plain, croissants , fruit and good coffee, but since we didn’t expect any breakfast at all we were very happy with it. “The room was okay, it had a bad smell (I think it was the carpet) but we got used to it. There was only bath towels, no hand towels. The view was amazing. The restaurant downstairs was amazing. We did not spend a lot of time in the hotel, and more in the surrounding area, so that smell did not take the score down too low :)”

“Das Zimmer war angenehm groß und das Frühstück sehr lecker, mit einer wirklich guten und vielfältigen Auswahl. Leider ist das Hotel insgesamt deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Man hat den Eindruck, dass seit mehreren Jahrzehnten kaum etwas renoviert oder modernisiert wurde. Besonders negativ aufgefallen sind uns die sehr schmutzigen Fenster, sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Frühstücksraum. Im Frühstücksraum hingen außerdem deutlich sichtbare Spinnweben an der Decke.
