「Location and price of the hotel are fantastic for Dublin but does reflect the fact it is above the nightclub. It is VERY noise at 2am when the club closes, but they provide excellent ear plugs that worked great. We couldn’t hear the club from our room, just the noise on the street when it closed. Breakfast was plain, croissants , fruit and good coffee, but since we didn’t expect any breakfast at all we were very happy with it. It is a small and older building, but well maintained and clean....

「The studio wasn’t huge, but quite practical as the space had been used well. There was a good bit of storage space and a little kitchenette. The bathroom arrangement was somewhat unusual. It was nice and quiet in the studio, with barely any noise from outside or within the building. One thing that would’ve made a huge difference to the comfort levels is air conditioning, as it got quite hot in the studio due to the warm weather. 「The room was okay, it had a bad smell (I think it was the carpet) but we got used to it. There was only bath towels, no hand towels. The view was amazing. The restaurant downstairs was amazing. We did not spend a lot of time in the hotel, and more in the surrounding area, so that smell did not take the score down too low :)」

「This hotel is fine. The rooms are spacious. The free breakfast is quite grand and the food is decent, my only complaint would be the coffee, it was really watery. This is a no-frills stay that is fine for travelers, and the rates are reasonable.」

While the DART station is slightly far away, it’s a nice 20-minute walk in the neighbourhood (and through a lovely little park). I was spoilt by the delicious breakfast every morning! 」
