悉尼科拉羅伊酒店住宿推介

「Reliable choice on Northern Beaches」

「Check in was efficient. All the staff throughout my stay were excellent. Breakfast was great. My criticism is the lack of clothes storage in the room. I had a king Seaview; There was an open hanging space but no drawers and only a couple of shelves for clothes. For a 6 night stay this was inadequate for a solo traveller, it would have been doubly difficult for a couple. There is no full length mirror and no makeup mirror. There were no cushions on the wooden bench. The room would benefit from...

「Its just OK..」

「地點很好，交通便利」

「The room is clean and the staff are friendly.」

「I only stayed one night for my second day's flight. Unfortunately, the bed was full sell of White Flower Embrocation, obviously house keeper has nose problem that day.」

「The coffee cups were not replaced with cleaned ones / washed every day. Used cups were just left in the room. I also saw hair in towel and toothpaste in the sink. Teabags were not refilled.」

「1. The front staff is rude 2. The USB charging is not in good condition 3. No slippers」

「Front line and concierge staff were super helpful and friendly!」

「Excellent services , good location」

「The room was spacious, clean, and generally comfortable. The bathtub had a clearly visible crack. No complimentary bottled water. The breakfast was also disappointing. Considering the price, Basic items such as smoked salmon and pancakes required an additional charge, which was surprising and poor value for money. In addition, there was only one coffee machine available.」

「乾淨客房，雖然室內空間不很大，一人住蠻剛好。設備齊全。 接待的員工很熱情，讓人心情愉悅」
