「Air conditioner is hot at night time. No hot water supply at night on 15/2 10pm. Speaker at room suddenly got annoucement/ warning from staff on 17/2 night. However, thats unclear and load. Then, no one answer call at reception for what happened. 17/2 no one do the room clean up even prssed the clean up botton after leaving hotel room at around 12noon.」

「There’s building house construction right on the cross street, everyday 7am will do the construction and it’s really noisy (and even till 9pm sometimes). Besides the noise problem, the room itself is really comfortable and clean」
