“The rooms were clean and everything in the room worked. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub worked and was clean. The breakfast was good and the lady working the breakfast room kept it clean and orderly. This place acted like they wanted our business and they earned it, I would stay again.”

“Cool place!! Stayed here recently and had a great experience. The room was adequate and very comfortable. The location is perfect with easy parking and made everything very convenient. The staff was amazing -extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The complimentary popcorn and fresh baked cookies were really a pleasant surprise and and a nice touch that made the visit even better. Will definitely stay here again. ”

“I stay there everytime we went to glenwood spring, the room and services always good. Just one thing wired since when hotel charged money for parking, but the front desk lady gave us water and snacks instead, fair enough.”
