「Photos were accurate. Convenient to many locations. Host was responsive to our communications. AC was not adequate for nighttime. Laundry did not have English language instructions and was confusing. Not enough pillows. Market across street was very convenient. Apartment was clean and had nice kitchen. Hot water in showers was inadequate. Overall a nice experience!」

「Everything from checking in to checking out was very easy. The beautiful and spacious property was better than described; beyond our expectations inside and out! 「The host is excellent. Perfect English and Italian. Thoughtful and great communication. Parking instructions were accurate. The apartment was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. The apartment is walkable to dining and shopping. The street is steep and the nearby medievale hill town is steeper. While we loved walking up to the hill town everyday, we liked the variety of dining and shopping near the apartment.」
