「Every was clean, the only thing i didnt like was the check in process , you have to do a form on site and put a 75 dollars deposit for some reason none of my cards were working so i had to stand outside until i was able to send a transfer of the 75$ to the person in charge, so that was frustrating for me being standing there in front of the building with my luggage , so i texted the person once the person received the transfer via cashapp i got the code to go into the building and to my room」

「I had a very pleasant stay in crystal room. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located, and I appreciated the overall environment and facilities. My stay went smoothly and I would gladly recommend the property to other travelers.」

「I don't recall seeing anything that said I'd have to climb 3 flights of antiquated stairs to get to the room I reserved. The toilet paper in the shared bathroom ran out and when I asked for more, the manager was surpised there wasn't anymore in the bathroom. She went to get another roll - and handed me a <1/2 roll of toilet paper! The towel I was given was clean, but thin and much used previously.」

「It's a nice looking property from the outside but not in the best of neighbourhoods. The smoke detector on the 2nd floor didn't have a cover on it so not sure if it worked. I had to ring the owner up at 23.00 as I couldn't get the front door opened. You had to pull the handle as you entered the door code.」

「I booked this place thru expedia for 3 nights, and stayed there for 2 nights, the third day I flipped the pillow and almost vomited when I saw the dirt and the black hair on the pillow, then i looked under the cover and saw tiny little pieces of dirt and black hair. Also on a second day while sitting in my room locked there was somebody knocking and trying to open the door very agressively saying that he brought me the keys. The place is refusing the refund and an apology.」

「The property was double booked and they took my money and the code was never received therefore I could not check in to the property. I’m still waiting on a refund of $416.02 . The property should not be listed if people are occupying it. I was distraught when I found out this on my birthday weekend scrambling to find a place to go at almost midnight. This person should be banned from renting out this property so that it doesn’t happen again!」
