“We loved the location and the property itself was very nice overall. The only downside was that we weren’t able to fully enjoy the peaceful morning view from the back patio. Around 8 a.m thru 10 a.m., lawn maintenance began right as we were making coffee and settling to go outside, which unfortunately disrupted the quiet atmosphere we were looking forward to. We were also concerned watching the mower move in tight circles around our 2026 Tundra and my daughter’s 2024 Kia, as it felt like there……

“A cozy and comfortable home away from home! The house is decorated so adorably. It was clean, had everything we needed, was quiet and secluded yet close to town. The bed and pullout couches were very comfortable. If we ever find ourselves staying overnight in college station again we will definitely stay here. ”
