My daughter and I stayed here to help my son who lives nearby after his knee surgery. Great location close to campus with a nice pool area in the backyard.

Perfect house for game day

The house was even better in person. Very nice home in the perfect location for Aggie game day. Everything from the house to the pool to the grass in the yard was immaculate. Definitely coming back.

Great venue!

We 2 senior adults, our adult daughter, preteen granddaughters had a most wonderful 2 night, 3 day stay at this property. It was clean, well appointed, and as advertised. The beds were comfy and the beds rooms well furnished. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked and furnished. The covered swimming pool and covered & well furnished patio was the highlight of our stay. Due to the complete screening structure there were no insects, mosquitoes or bugs, nor leaves. The area was pristine. There were plenty of pool floats and toys. The kitchen was well furnished and all the appliances were modern and worked well. The eating tables and chairs were abundant indoors and outdoors and in great condition. Multiple large screen televisions were a nice feature. The property’s close proximity to the Texas A&M University was perfect for our needs. For our summertime stay in College Station this was the perfect property.

Wedding weekend stay

My husband and I had a friend’s wedding at Camp Hosea and decided to make it a weekend getaway. This house is right by the university, golf course, and was only 25mins from wedding venue. We took our 2 goldens and we had a blast. Outside of attending the wedding we stayed in. About the home: Was absolutely lovely & enjoyed the house so much we decided to stay in all day Saturday to get enjoy the Pool (which is covered), and the separated grass areas were perfect for fetch with our 2 goldens. Home came prep with propane which allowed for easy bbqing, had games in the garage and board games inside. We hadn’t played scrabble in forever and was great to make new memories. Home is everything you’d hope for. Clean, quiet / safe area, and comfortable feel. Communication: Owner & rental center they use were great with communication and responsive. Checking in was extremely easy. Tip: Make sure to check inbox and sign waiver to get check in details. We would definitely love to come back for another staycation with family.

Great Parents Weekend Stay!

Loved this house! Great location…close to campus/restaurants etc… House was clean, quiet, and had plenty of room for our family of 6. Couches and beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and patio/pool area was awesome! Host was responsive and check in/check out very easy. Would stay again!
