The space
This is a quiet, family neighborhood easily accessible to A&M campus. Home is approximately 7 miles south of campus perfect for a family gathering for a football weekend. Not recommended for those interested in a loud, party atmosphere.

Tim will do his best to meet you upon arrival, to orient you to the home to make full use of its amenities. The driveway accommodates 2-3 cars and street parking can accommodate additional vehicles.

Guests have access to the spacious, fully stocked kitchen, inviting living room, and relaxing backyard. YouTubeTV allows you to enjoy all the exciting games during your stay.

Some of the best restaurants in College Station are only a few minutes away. Kyle Field is 8 miles from this location.
